Thermal Evaporation Vacuum Coater is operated by the priciple of vaporizing materials (usually Al or Cr, SiO, SiO2) with resistance heating so that it can be deposited on the surfaces of pre-treated plastic, ceramics in form of thin film under the vacuum condition so as to obtain bright and good-looking plastic or ceramic products with moderate price.
Its double doors structure enables the operation of work piece feeding-discharge and coating simultaneously. So the work efficiency is highly elevated.
We will design the machine under the customer's request.
